Branch Hike, Mount Remarkable, July 07
Sneaky (BRC Activities and PFRC) organized for us an excellent wee dawdle through the park, crossing some very nice country and claiming the summit of Mount Remarkable in nice weather. Photos by Anton. In attendance: Cameron, Heather and Minky (Aesir), Amanda (PFRC) and Caitlin (sixty4).

Flash Hike 07
Tremain, Simo, Graham and Heather headed to Quorn to check out some of the local hills and rises. Claiming two summits, Dutchman's Stern and Devil's Peak as well as the compulsory steam train tour saw for an excellent weekend. Photos: Tremain.

Bogong Rover Chalet Working Bee and Mt Bogong Hike, Easter 07
Andrew Tremain, Andrew Nielsen, Anton Steketee and Cameron Roy (Aesir) cruised over to the Bogong Rover Chalet over easter for a working bee. Their four cameras recorded the moving of 35 cubic meters of firewood and the following hike up Mt Bogong (Victoria's highest peak) - 1400m of elevation gained over only 6km.
Roonka Raft Challenge, Feb 07
SA Rovers headed up to Roonka on the Murray River near Blanchetown for some ubercompetetive raft building and racing. We did heaps of events like tug of war, time trials and a final big race. Rafts were tested for buoyancy, strength, etc. Overall Flash came in 2nd place - top effort! We also invested Tremain and Anton on the raft in the billabong.
